But instead I chose Service King and I’m glad I did. Paul is absolutely an asset to the company. He was very kind and polite. He walked me through the entire process of what to expect of my car repairs and when I would be expecting my car back in mint condition. When I got my car back I was 100% satisfied. My BMW came back with a dent, scratches and a chip that were not there prior to dropping off the vehicle. We did show the chip to the rep but it was difficult to see all the other specifics due to the car being dirty. My daughter went through every issue and kicked them up right away. Very careless in taking care of an expensive vehicle. I will provide the same feedback to USAA.

Paul was awesome in keeping me posted on the status of my vehicle. Only letdown was it took way longer than expected to get my vehicle back due to a damaged part. This wasn’t anyone’s fault at service king so overall my experience was great with them!

The bumper cover was supposed to be replaced and painted.
It was supposed to be ready Friday.
The rep I spoke to said it was repaired and was not painted.
He continued to say, Friday afternoon, that it would be ready Monday.
I spoke to Travis afterward and the cover was repaired and painted. It should have been replaced.
The final billl was less the the insurance check. You guys out me money and I expect payment.
The rep that handled my car had little knowledge on the work being performed.
Next time I’ll deal with Travis or no one.
