I'm grateful for the recommendation to take my car to service king ,call center and the front desk we're very helpful,Mr.Bob Blum was very helpful kept me updated with all the details every time with what's going on with the repair of my car.Timeframe and quality were met earlier than I expected ...thank you Service King!! Thank you. My parked car was hit by a work vehicle, and i was assured by the company representative that they would reimburse me for the repair. However, that did not occur so I had to contact my insurance company after the work was completed. They viewed pictures and said that the bill I received from Service King was overly inflated, and there were several charges for repairs that an insurance company would never pay for. My insurance company came up with an estimate of $2600, yet my bill at Service King was over $4,000, so the difference came out of my pocket. I don’t think it’s right that you would charge an unknowing customer almost double of what you would charge an insurance company. That practice seems very deceitful. In addition, the doors were replaced, but not the rubber strip by the window. Also, the console is not aligned. That being said, I am disappointed with the experience I had with Service King.

We never expected such courteous and speedy service. We are more than satisfied. We are very happy to have chosen Service King to help us through a difficult time.

I actually was so impressed with everything they did. I just have one problem. The color of the bumper is about 2-3 shades darker than the rest of the car. I saw it so plainly in the sun light. Not in the shade where I first inspected it. I feel bad that it didn’t turn out correctly. I will call Monday and schedule an appointment for further review. I’m sure this was a rare occurrence. Everything is so professional and the employees are amazing. Thank you and I’m sorry I have to have the painting redone.

Amazing service!!! Kimberly Cusack was so nice, she updated me in a job done and returned my car only when it was perfect done! The car was clean and washed and ready to enjoy! Personal thanks to Kim and all the staff! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!
