I throughly enjoyed my experience with service king, when I first walk thru the doors I was immediately recognized and every one was smiling yet they were all attending to their jobs and that caught my eye immediately. SERVICE KING- THE PERFECT NAME FITS THE COMPANY, the timing was perfect ???? didn’t take as much time as we (myself) had planned for and they the team kept me posted that to meant a lot ???????????? the ???? looks like it was never damaged I am pleased the young lady throughly went over ever detail upon my departure of leaving empress and explain really well I am so pleased I will recommend service king all I can say is ( THE SERVICE IS , WAS FIT FOR A KING THANK YOU ALL AND I PRAY A MULTITUDE OF BLESSING COME TO SERVICE KING AND HIS EMPLOYEES ABUNDANTLY AND SAFETY OVER EVERY PERSON THAT WIDK THERE AS WELL AS ALL OF US THAT HAVE CAME THRU THOSE DOORS???????????????????????????? Service was excellent. Danielle was my rep, she explained the entire process and did a great job with it. I also appreciate the status reminders throughout the process.

Great experience. Jossie went above to help us out with the insurance claim and setting us up. Definitely a rollercoaster with the insurance company but Jossie maintained professionalism at all times. She made sure to follow up every step of the way and my truck is good as new. Amazing job everyone!
