The car looked great upon completion. All of the people that I dealt with were very helpful and treated all of the customers very well. If I had one complaint, it would be with the computer generated text messaging. The first message that I received said the vehicle would be ready two days before it was actually completed. That two days cost me about $30 in additional gas money, because of the mileage the rental car that I was given vs. the actual mileage that I get with the car that was repaired. I don’t count that as a reflection on the ServiceKing staff, but the updates that are auto generated should be reviewed to make sure that they are working properly. I was shown the original estimated completion date on one of the computers in the office, but that was a message that I never received. All being said, I would recommend ServiceKing to others.
