I was very happy to get texts with up dates on repairs. John was very friendly, and 110% precise in getting the repairs fixed. Enterprise was very helpful, and when I talked to Bob about my tire incident he was very calm, and delt with the matter appropriately which eliminated any anxiety I was experiencing. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the overall look of my vehicle. Thank you again and would recommend Service King to friends and family.

Only the outside of my vehicle was fixed from the collision. There's an engine warning light on, the cruise control doesnt work, the passenger window rattles, the engine is so loud that something is either rattling or scraping because it wasn't that loud before, the inside panel of the hatch is missing, the hatch isn't closing properly and these ate just a few things I've noticed since being told ot was ready last night. It wasn't ready because it wasn't done. I would rather they have kept it and put time into these things than to have it back in it's current condition. I felt as though I wasn't given proper expectations of when the vehicle would be done and I had to call for updates becuse they weren't provided regularly. I was told the car would be ready October 19th but when I called to seebif ot was I was informed that they were still doing major work on it. I think that's poor customer service. I understand it was really damaged but don't string me along and tell me it's almost ready when it's not even close. My pickup date was November 2nd and as I said it shouldn't have left the shop. Now I have to be inconvenienced again to go back and I'll probably end up having to pay for a rental car again so they can figure out what's wrong with the engine. I asked up front if they'd look at the mechanical parts and was told yes. I'm very disappointed.

The job was very well done and everyone was helpful. From the first time I spoke on the phone with the staff to the end of the repairs, everything was taken care of. Robert Wilczek was also very helpful throughout the process and kept me posted through the repairs of my car. Overall, great experience at Service King.

John and the whole Staff were terrific. My beautiful Audi is beautiful once again! They even got it done a day ahead of schedule! They helped me the last time I was in this situation, so when Allstate said I could take it to Service King in Rolling Meadows, I said I'll take it to them! Thank you so much!

I was pleased with actual car repairs and with communication of when it would be completed But I was told they detail clean your car before its returned to you and I felt mine car was untouched inside ( other then shaking my mats out )and outside of car way somewhat dirty still
