I was promised a 3-4 day repair so I droppedmy car off Friday the 13th before I went on vacation so i wouldnt have to pay for a rental i couldnt afford with having such a high deductible to begin with. I left it there until the following Monday (over a week later). I made arrangements with a friend to get me up there to pick it up and was told it wasnt ready. They were waiting for a part. No one had any kind of communication with me the entire time they had it! So i still ended up having to rent a car for two days at 75.00 that i did not have!! Then on Weds I was promised phone calls that i did not get on the status of my car. I informed them my rental was due by ****:30. They promised to call and didnt! I have two kids and appointments to get to... Finally i get my car at 6pm Weds evening. It looks great however it was SIX DAYS LATE! I already had a 500 deductible. I didnt need an additional 75.00 rental fee. I thought they would at least offer to cover that! Not to mention the hassle of trying to find rides with two small children and two car seats and maybe possibly needing one or not who knows bc I didnt get the phone calls i was promised! I am very dissatisfied and have informed my insurance company of this since they recommended you. Thank you!n

Car was returned completely unclear in the interior. The floor boards and interior were completely covered in dust. The automatic window button for the driver side window no longer works.
