Although it took a couple of days to hear back from the shop after dropping off the car, I liked everything else: the text updates, the clear and explanation of what was done and the final bill, the attention and courtesy from the personnel on the phone and in person, and overall the final look of the car at delivery. Bird did a good job of keeping me informed on the delays. Service King did pick up the additional cost on the car rental because of the additional 2 weeks of wait time. The repair looks GREAT and I'm delighted to have my car back. I hope you find another skilled **** to help keep your repairs on time for future customers. Job wasdelayed getting done because of the ****, took 2 weeks. Other than that Bird who handled this was very good. Service King is paying for the full coverage charge for one week which was the only thing I was respomsible for but wanted service king to pay for the full 2 weeks for the inconvience but the manager would only approve **** week
