My experience at service king was top notch. All the employees were very polite professional courteous friendly and wonderful people. They answered all my questions and helped me with everything that I needed to do as far as my car was concerned. The work was excellent. The service was excellent the communication was excellent. Shannon was the person I worked with and he was the best. He always had time for me and answered my questions. He is so kind and nice, professional understanding and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about how good the service king office is and especially Shannon. But everybody there is wonderful. This place is outstanding. I am very pleased that my insurance company sent me to you because I got the best service anyone could get. I also appreciated the text message updates. That was very helpful. And my car is perfect. I am completely satisfied. Thank you.

It took too long. I thought it would only take a week. Perhaps my expectations should have been set.

It took 20 days to repair the vehicle (April 17-May 8). Granted, the car arrived late on the 17th (Thursday), but it was not checked in until Saturday and the wheels were not ordered for many days later. The workmanship seems very good but it has only been a few hours. Ken was very patient and a pretty good communicator for which I am thankful. It just took too long.

The service was exceptional. Shannon kept me updated throughout the entire process. The target date was on point. It was a pleasure working with him, easy to communicate with but very Professional. Thanks for a very good experience.

Ken was excellent. He kept me inform throughout to repair process; let me know when things came up that would impact our completion date and stayed on top of things. Will use this location again when I find myself needing auto repairs.

Ken was a great rep for Service King, he made sure I was informed of any changes that were made with my SUV and when it would be ready.

The customer service was great. Mike is the best .

I was kept up to date with the repairs. Every one was very helpful with the whole process. This was the first big accident I have been involved in. From the first contact with Kimberly and Mike **** helped the whole way through.
