Yes I was completely satisfied with my service. My car looks really nice. The paint job was really good and the fact that they clean the inside of my car was amazing also! I greatly appreciate Brian who really helped me even after I left service king that day that I receive my car he was so helpful and so nice and really shows that he cares about his customers even after they leave the shop ! I loved the goody bag too which I thought was sweet !

Service advisor ( Bryan Locke) was very professional, courteous and polite and spent the time to explain and discuss all things related to the repairs. The repairs were done in a fairly quick time. The only issue I have is that the newly repainted/ clear coat was not entirely smooth and had several areas that will need to be reworked. I discussed the issue with Bryan and he was apologetic and will work me into the schedule to have this issue resolved. It is a little inconvenient to need to bring the car back( which is why I’m not 100% satisfied) but I am very pleased with the customer service.... I just wish the work was looked at a little closer to see the imperfections before I picked the vehicle up.

Y’all are very professional and made dealing with the wreck stress free. The constant text updates were pretty sweet - every time I even wondered what was going on with my car, I got a text from you telling me where it was in the repair process. I’m pretty impressed with the company in general. Not just that my car was taken care of but that I as a person was taken care of. There doesn’t seem to be anyone of mediocre caliber on your team & that means a lot to me. When true leaders hire quality team members, it is evident throughout the entire process
