The work was done great but the finish detail work,over spray all over the underside of the truck( springs,shock,spare tire). tape still on the back side tire and underside of the the body. Didn't wash the truck or even clean out the bed,it still had body filler dust and dust on the driver side floor mat from there shoes getting in and out.

Took 2 ****/2 weeks just to get an estimate (which never got an estimate) so my car was moved to a different collision place. Workers persistently told me to be patient.

All of the staff, from front desk to service techs in the back, were friendly and helpful. Audrey did a great job explaining the repairs and keeping me informed of progress on my vehicle. The techs did an outstanding job on the repairs. I would not hesitate to take personal work to this Service King. Great job and thanks!

Even though I appreciated the text message updates, I did not feel like there was sufficient communication. I never received a phone call regarding my vehicle until it was done despite calling twice the day of to ask for an updated time of completion. Also it seems that employees are not adjusted to the new system that is being run. There was significant time spent trying to find things like notes in the computer system.

From 7/25 to 8/**** I received FIVE texts indicating that my car would be ready by 11am on 8/3. We planned our day Saturday expecting to have the car back. We waited for a text or phone call on Saturday telling us to come pick up the car. Finally, I called Service King at noon to ask if it was ready. The shop was closed and I was connected to someone who said it looked like it would be ready on Monday. I was VERY unhappy about the misleading texts I had received! On Monday we called the shop and was told it wouldn't be ready until WEDNESDAY! I understand that estimates need to be adjusted but given the excessive number of texts all telling me it would be ready on 8/3, I was VERY unhappy that nobody bothered to let us know that it wouldn't be ready on time after all!

Alex was great at keeping me informed of what was happening. I wish it had not taken so long to get my car back but it does look good. So far no problems I judy have to drive it more to see how it feels.

Had my car in there for two different accidents. After a month and some days when i picked it up there was dust everywhere hand prints on the seats, the paint looks like it dried up when it was still dripping down from the hood, the front bumper has dried up paint, the rear bumper looks bad as well. Very disappointed in the work done.
