Jennifer was a pleasure to work with and she took care of my issues.

My car was returned back to me with unfinished work not completed. There was no quality control done, because my bulb in my right tail light needed to be replaced. If the tail light was replaced not sure why the bulb wasn’t changed. When the advisor did her quality control with me she didn’t explain the work that was performed on my car. In a hurry to get back to work was when I was able to find the other issues. I explain when I dropped my car off my back up camera wasn’t working and the advisor Jennifer told me that my car wasn’t hit in that area, so I was making a false Claim she didn’t say it but it was implied. Now I have to miss more wotk time for them to complete this issue that should have be done the week they had my car. Jennifer from the E jones street location in Lewisville said that the work on so many cars and that’s why it was missed. I’m glad they are not brain surgeons. I’m not going to hold my breath that any one will read this , but you asked. I will also doa review on yelp and other sites.

Appreciate updates on timing of when vehicle would be completed.

After the doors were repaired, the front passenger door does not sound the same as the driver door when you close them.

The body work looks great, but today Saturday 7/14/18 I went to use my windshield wipers for the first time since picking it up Friday and nothing happened.
