By in large, the service was great and the finished car looks terrific. Matt, my contact at Service King (West Chester, PA) was helpful and informative. My only disappointment happened when I filled my gas tank and discovered my tethered gas cap was untethered and the screw to which it should attach was missing. A small detail, but kind of irritating when I unscrewed the cap, not realizing it was untethered, only to have it fall to the ground and roll away.

Matthew, my advisor, was fantastic. Professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I was very impressed with the Service King facility as well. The text message updates were an added touch, and added to the customer service experience, which was probably the best service experience I've had to date at an auto shop. I trusted them with respraying the bumper on my Carrera, and the quality of the repair appears to be top notch at this point (and I'm a discerning car guy). Would highly recommend.
