Everything went as planned with restoring my Mazda CX-5, and it looks brand new . It was cleaned well and looked better than when I dropped it off for the repairs . I liked the progress texts to let me know how the resturation was progressing . All my contact with the West Goshen Service King Collision Service on Reservoir Road was professional , they were great . Our contact person ,Eric Facciolo ,went above and beyond in making my Deer Accident / car repair go smoothly and on time as promised .He even hekped fix a front number issue caused by my new driver Daughter when she was 16! She was even very happy it was repaired after 4 years . She even said she was sorry again for backing out of a parking space between two cars and cutting it to sharply and too soon . She now knows how to fully back out of a parking space . Eric deserves a 12 out of 10 review rating . LOL. Thank you again SK , my car looks brand new . Dr Ron Briglia

I got my car back and it looked great except for the ford emblem on the front of my car was a little wrinkled. As soon as i questioned the emblem they were 100% willing to replace it with no questions asked. Service was great. Thank you Lee and team

Very friendly, went above and beyond to make sure that I was having a good experience. Could have had a better time when coordinating the earlier service appointment that I also needed to chance my car rental reservation. Other than that a great job. However, if i was self-paying instead of going through insurance, was quite overcharged.
