**** was my technician. He stayed in contact with me during the entire process and was very professional. There was a small mix up with the car pickup process, but both **** and his manager (his name escapes me at the moment) went above and beyond to remedy the situation, including putting some gas in my car, and a Visa gift card to help cover the cost of my Uber out to Grand Prairie. I greatly appreciate the effort of both **** and his manager. :) Additionally, the receptionist at the I-20 Grand Prairie Service King was very kind and professional when I accidentally arrived at the wrong location. She greeted me with a smile, and promptly got on the phone with **** to ask him to deliver the car when I realized my mistake. It was such a kind and service-oriented gesture. All of the interactions I had with the employees of Service King during this process made it quite obvious that the company truly cares about customer experience and satisfaction. While I hope to not need collision repair again, should the need arise, I would not hesitate to choose Service King again.

This was one of the most friendliest establishment that I have ever been to. The customer service was thru the roof, I mean from the time I walked in the door the receptionist greeted me with the biggest smile to the service mgr who I forgot to thank for assisting me in taking me to pick up my rental. I cannot let this letter end without saying thank you to **** Rosales. His customer service was flawless. Again to all Service King employees who helped me with my vehicle thank you hopefully I won't have to do this again but if I do it's guaranteed I'll be back to this Service King.

To make a long story short, I am very dissatisfied with with the overall process of my vehicle repair. Initially Daniel mentioned my vehicle would take 4-5 business days for a simple bumper repair and side mirror replacement but instead the repair was prolonged to 6 days excluding the 3 day weekend. When I called to get an update on the repair I was given tons of reasons why they vehicle would not be completed at the expected time frame. Not only was the bumper part of the repair an issue but the mirror replacement turned out to be pricier than what Daniel said it would be. His response was, that they'd never replaced a mirror for a 2014 Honda Accord, if he would have been honest from the beginning I would chosen to replace the mirror else where.
