I went on a Monday to complete my estimate. When I didn’t hear back I reached out the following Monday after being accused by the insurance company handling my claim that i never went. It turns out that the individual who took the pictures and was supposed to do the estimate never completed it. But instead of taking ownership they made up a story. I didn’t appreciate it
