When my car was returned to me, the switch for the rear window was broken. I had to take it to another shop to get it fixed. A few days later I find out that the brand new headlight that has been replaced by you guys, is out. Meaning not on. And the closed circulation button and the rear windshield defroster turns off by itself every now and then. There are many issues with thw car. Give me a call so we can resolve these numerous issues. ****-****-xxxx

Confusion regarding the status of my repair. Was led to understand my original rep was fired from the company, but I was never informed of this, and my understanding of the status of my vehicle was completely different than the reality of the situation. A call from the new rep upon taking over the account would have been appreciated for clarity in this situation. Additionally, I did call to get information on an issue I was curious about, and I believe someone who believed I was on hold was audibly complaining about the frequency of my calls (assuming that I could not hear them, when in reality, I could). While I understand the stresses of jobs day to day, and the need to vent frustrations, a customer who is curious about their vehicle or left with confusion -- especially in this scenario where the entire story of my repair had changed -- is very normal, and part of any customer-facing business. For me to call as a customer and hear a rep complaining about my call, whether or not they believed I could hear it, was maddening. Repair on the car seems good. While visiting the location physically for pick up and drop off everyone was very friendly. Speaking as someone in management in my own professional life, I felt the above issues were worth mentioning.

Don't change a thing! My vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. I was kept up to date of the service being performed daily. On a scale of ****-10 I give 15! I'm completely satisfied. And they returned my rental for me so I could return to work before my hour long lunch was over!!! Service King you ROCK!!!
