Jesse was friendly and professional. My car was done before thetaget date and looks great so far. The only thing I would comment is I know it takes time to get my car washed and they didn't tell me. I will be calling tomorrow to find out if it's 3 months that I need to wait or less.

Jason was truly amazing and helpful and even got my vehicle ready faster than I anticipated. However, there’s a blonde girl at the front desk that the very first time I came in to set an appointment she completely brushed me off and said to call her back when I knew what day I can drop off my car, I went back in because I had found the date pretty quickly and once I came back and sat down to wait for her, she had saw me and while on the phone and once she got done with the call she went ahead and started checking facebook and showing her co workers pictures. You had a customer waiting for you and nothing got resolved or got a call back UNTIL my insurance was to one to call THEM. Customer service should be provided the moment you come into the door, not until you know for sure that you’re getting paid for your service

Jesse, great service rep. My truck was damaged while in yalls possession but I was Refused any sort of paperwork on the damage that occurred in yalls possession so if there is any issue with that specific location in the future I will More than likely not be able to have it fixed by y’all. “It’s guaranteed as long as I’m working here he said”... that’s unacceptable.
The area this work was performed, I came to pick it up and the area showed signs of putting or unfinished work once the extra damage was complete. They took it back for approx 2 hours and when I came Back it has noticeable signs of circular motions all throughout. Initial reason I had My vehicle to y’all was Bc I was Hit by a driver and he paid for the repairs, but to have further damage done on your site and that be half **** work is upsetting and I still Do not have it resolved. Not to mention, my balancing is significantly off and sears will take a few hours to rebalance the replaced wheel, that is not something I have Time to just sit around and do. Why is everything y’all have done with my truck taking 2-3 times to get right, when each piece of work should be quality inspected prior to releasing to customer.
