When service king sent my car to the nearest Nissan dealership for sensor calibration, they did not follow up on the progress with Nissan. My car sat for 4 days with no work being done and Service King didn't follow up until my husband and I came into the shop to get a progress report on Friday. It was then, Service King found out the bumper ordered was not the right one for my car. One was ordered but Techs didn't work weekends, so it wasn't until the following Monday that I got my car back. Not happy about the 5 day delay from promised completion date.

Needing my car back I had to pick it up on a Saturday while my rep was not there. There was one unfinished item due to a delay in getting the part from Ford - which I understand. The issue was in the paperwork and bill I was required to pay. The way the paperwork read it did not account for an “IOU” for the delayed part. Had to go around with the rep multiple times that was working that morning to correct the paperwork to show I was still owed completion of the service that I was required pay for at 100% in order to get my car back. This should have been an obvious request to this rep but actually should have been handled already on the paperwork by my rep.
