Service King Fort Worth

They had a poor rating to begin with. My insurance put to me like of course you can go wherever you want, but we deal with this company and guarantee their work. So I felt backed into a corner if something were to happen. They didn’t even fix all the damage from the wreck. There is a dent and some scratches on the back door as well. And a new dent on the body line of my front fender. I hand wash my SUV, I know what’s there. Anyways it doesn’t matter. Service King ****. I clearly saw that from the ratings. Now I know first hand.

They do awesome work

I received automatic text updates that were not completely accurate. At no point was I told that a part had to be ordered from out of state. My car was supposed to be ready on Friday 6/7 and I received an update that is was on track to be completed that day and I would get a call if any delays were expected. This did not happen. Around 5:30 pm on 6/7 I had to call and that was the first time I was told about the part being ordered from out of state and that they did not have an updated completion date. I did not appreciate this lack of communication, however when I went Saturday morning to figure it out, Liz was incredibly helpful in explaining everything. While I understand what happened, there should have been better communication from them regarding actual updates. I also would have appreciated being called when they said they would call. I am happy with the repair job and think my car looks great. The only negative feedback is the lack of accurate communication.

Timely repairs and great customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

I appreciated the texts to keep me updated on my car's progress. Everyone was helpful to make it a better experience than it could have been.

Terrible work body lines don’t match passengers door is hard to close headlights out of adjustment just poor quality of work

The service was amazing. I’m car was ready 5 days early . They did a little extra polishing to make my head lights look alike. Oh and they cleaned my car inside and out . It was like new . So excited about the service.
