I appreciated the updates throughout the day regarding the progress and work on my car.

What happened was My car was rear ended while it was parked in front of my house I took it to Service king to have it Repaired 1st thing I notice before I took it was my engine light was on and I did let them know ...they did everything but for some reason my air Conditioner wasn't working . I've had that vehicle A for a few years and never had any problems with it The air conditioner itself I would have to turn it off for they would get very cold .They try to explain to me that these cars Dodge Durango 02 Had problem with some type of fan or something But it feels like a coincidence That it just went bad Right after the accident ...I believe that from the vehicle being rear ended and it was Hit very hard that he must of Jarred certain things in the vehicle Because right after that my engine light was no then my air conditioner when bad ,,,High believe they are obligated to fix it and the insurance is obligated to pay for it

When the back bumper was removed, there was damage to the opposite side of the car. There were pry marks and scratches on the paint.

It looks exactly the same as it did before i damaged my jeep. Cannot tell. Thank you guys!

Mauro,Mark,Sherry and we're extremely helpful to me. I felt no stress or worry while my car was being serviced.

First, I received attitude about what the work that was supposed to be done. Then when the car was ready to be picked up it was not fully done. Overspray in areas and fenders we're not secured properly. Then they lost parts of key chain with no reason why.

Truck was finished before the finishing date. I liked the updates I received thru text messages. I will be usuing service king again if need be.

I am very happy with the repair to my car it looks good as new! The staff was courteous and helpful in explaining the repair done to my car.
