Keller is great! I also was not expecting my car to be detailed, so it was a wonderful surprise when I arrived to pick it up. The service king team at this location is awesome and took care of me throughout the entire experience as well as kept me in the loop with text updates along the way. I would definitely recommend this location.

Anothony was amazing to work with! Very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I will definitely recommend him to anyone. The general manager (didn’t catch his name) who called on Anothonys behalf was not. He was sexist and rude about the rental car service that y’all set up for me. I’ll return for Anthony, not for the management. Thank you

The customer service was great, appreciated the continuous updates via text and loved working with Keller who repaired my car- very friendly, professional and made the repair understandable to someone that doesnt know much about cars. Please note though that the cost of the actual repair to what was estimated at Service King on lemmon differed by approx $1000. The only service that I wasn’t pleased with was the actual drop off day. I had an 8am appointment and when by 8.20 no one attended me or gave me Ann update on waiting time, I asked the receptionist how much longer i would wait and she just said “it’s only 8.20”- rude considering that I did not expect having to wait with a scheduled appointment, no one in front of me and then was late for work. If you cannot honor your appointment time, at least advise the waiting customer, offer a beverage and apologize for the delay- which was not done.
