From the time that I dropped off my vehicle to when I picked it up, the staff (primarily Jackie) was very helpful and informative. It took about a week for them to complete the body repair on my vehicle. Gotta say the work came out better than I expected. Thanks again guys!

My service advisor Jim did not communicate what was going to be and what was not going to be repaired. As far as I knew everything including the windshield was going to be replaced. It was not until the day after the car was suppose to be ready that I showed up and went looking for my vehicle that I saw the incomplete work. When I’m expecting repairs to be done for almost two weeks and Jim says nothing zero does not explain one thing! He’s too busy smoking cigarettes because when I went up front to ask him about my car he was in the wash area smoking, clearly saw me waiting but continued to finish his smoke, and then finally comes up front with the nasty cigarette smell. Real professional! Then when confronted about the lack of communication and the fact my vehicle repairs I was expecting to be don’t are not done he acts like oh well, you should of known that’s not covered! WTF!?!? How was I supposed to know Jim? When in the almost two weeks my car was there where you going to explain anything?!? And to top it off when my is finally done I go to pick it up, Jim acts like nothing happened, does not offer any apologies or a hey my communication was lacking, just here’s your keys sorry bout ya attitude. I’m in the car service business and guess what I’m a service advisor my self. If I conducted business in that matter with that level of unprofessionalism I would be looking for another job. Maybe thats why this is so upsetting, because I understand that taking your car to be repaired in any fashion is the last thing anyone wants to have to do, and as a service advisor (I.e advising your customers on details about the repairs) we make sure the customer is up to speed on everything so they feel informed I’m the loop and most importantly CARED FOR! Jim says he’s been doing this for 41 years, well it definitely does not show. I’m a busy man husband dad I don’t have time to write these kinds of reviews, but I am because this a terrible reflection on my Profession and quite frankly an embarrassment to the car service industry.

Jackie was great

Was told that the car would be ready on Tuesday, didn’t actually get it back until Friday. One spot looked like it had pimples, was told they would buff it out. It no longer had pimples but when I ran my hand over it, it was still a little rough. The response - you can bring it back next week. When asked for how long the answer at least 3 days. Not a positive impression.

Great service, Jim is an excellent professional. Still need touch ups to be completed m. Otherwise very satisfied with the service.

The work that they did to my truck it looks very nice they even clean it inside and wash the truck it very professional it was very nice working with service king appreciate everything !! thank you guys!!
