It was a horrible experience from start to finish. For starters the Service King I had initially set up with to have my vehicle repaired, arrived the day of and I arrived at 9am as scheduled and they looked at me like I was crazy because it wasn't in the system. They asked me if I was sure I called and scheduled. I chose this location as it was close to my home. They said that they were to busy to take my car, but they could get me into another location "right up the road". I live in an area that has 7.**** million people, their "Right up the Road" was 12 miles away from them! HUGE INCONVIENCE!!! My rental car was there waiting for me and had to leave and go to a different location and get a ride to my rental car that was waiting. Then the location I was sent to had my car for 20 days! It was to be done 2 days sooner. Don't know what they were doing because the date it was to be finished it was still hanging in the paint bay. Didn't notify me until around 5pm after calling them. I was told it would be finished by the next morning. I said okay, I waited until 4:30pm to go and pick it up. Was informed that it still was not completed that it needed to be buffered out. Was then told that it would not be ready until the next day! I called them on day 20 and was informed that my car would not be ready until the next day because it had to be washed. I told them no, this was unacceptable because they had already had my vehicle for 20 days! I had to pay the insurance on my rental out of pocket at $14 a day!! I will never recommend your company to anyone, it was nothing but a total headache from start to finish! All I got was oh I am sorry for the confusion, the service manager I dealt with was not very good at his job, had the nerve to ask me to rate him a 9-10 as anything else does not count. Well good! He doesnt even deserve a #**** rating!

Completion date was shifted multiple times. All work was exterior yet everything inside of truck and center console was moved. A knife was stolen out of door. I was told truck had been completed and found obvious damage (done while in the shop) that led to further repairs and delay. Finally was able to take truck home and found that the front license plate and mount was completely missing which is illegal in the state of Texas.
