Anthony Scott should not be working at service king he is incompetent and does not know his job. He lied an also was bad at communicating issues ordered work parts. I had to send him pictures of how my tail gate should look he ouslees in my book very very very BAD SERVICE!!!!!
My trucks tailgate gate was stolen they had three failed attempts to get the right one you have lost a customer and I will not recommend taking there car there for service awful awful experience!!!!!!

Very happy with the service and repair. Tim was excellent from the time i walked thru the door to the end. Car looked almost new once i did get it back. Excellent service and repair. Will recommend tho all friends.

Tim Littleton kept me up to date on all phades of the repair. On time and under budget. Repair was excellent, and condition of car inside and out was spectacular.

****. Work was delayed nearly 2 weeks.
2. I had to seek out all the update information. No one would call me back in a timely fashion, or when they said they would.
3. Until Logan, the new GM, got involved,I think there would have been more delays.
4. The crew doing the work kept stopping work on my vehicle to go work in other vehicles, therefore all the delays.
5. from what I could tell us and the service manager was far more concerned and being friends with the guys in the back and making sure they delivered.
I won't come back here again.

They lost my front license plate, never call me to let me know that my car was ready. I have to call them. Now insurance is not covering my rental because they said the car was ready three days before I returned my rental. Overall it was a very bad experience and I will not recomend you to anyone.
