Brian Parker was absolutely great, very knowledgeable. Not only does he give great customer service he truly cares about the safety and quality workmanship of every vehicle that comes through the shop. He is a real asset to service king. The employees that performed the work on my vehicle did a fantastic job. I picked up my vehicle feeling like it was as good or better than factory. I would recommend Service King to anyone in need. We had a great experience working with our Service Advisor (Brian Parker). From the day we dropped off the car to the time we picked it up. He constantly sends us update on how the repair on our car was progressing. Not only that, he also keep us updated on more issues found at the back of the car when the bumper was removed. He gave us a new estimate of the repair costs and how long it would take for the work to be completed. It is a good thing to receive daily updates on what is being done on the car, and that is what Brian did. We were also delighted that the work was completed a day ahead of original completion date. Brian made us feel comfortable that our car is being taken care of and all necessary repairs are being done as per standards. He gave us a summary of all work/repairs done on the car and the warranty as well. It was a nice experience working with Brian throughout the repair process. Thank you Brian and Service King team!

I am so glad that my insurance agency sent me to Service King. The customer service was absolutely amazing. I was informed about the progress of my vehicle throughout the duration of my vehicle's repair stage. Brian and his team were always courteous and willing to answer any questions that I had. I wanted to pay in cash but they have a no cash policy. So that was inconvenient for me.
