I’m not satisfied because the bumper of my car was painted differently which is the whole car , and a line of lights that the bumper carries not pucieron they say they did not find them in any agency

The body work done on my car looked good, but I asked multiple times if they would look into why my car died after the wreck I was in. They confirmed that they ran a diagnostic and everything was fixed. Less than an hour after picking up my car it died on the side of the road leaving me stranded. I had to get a ride and call service king. The location was closed, so I called the ****-800 number. They arranged a tow but told me they were not able to get me a rent car. The tow truck driver came about an hour later and when he tried to jump start the car he realized the battery wasn’t even connected. He reconnected my battery and helped me make sure the car was running. I was told a manager from service king would contact me but no one ever did. My car was being serviced for over 3 weeks and they never even lifted the hood. I was pretty unhappy to have car trouble the same day I picked up my car.

Not a big deal but got an automated message of when my car could be picked up. I called to confirm and was glad I did because something had happened to delay. I didn’t receive notice of it so if I hadn’t called I would have made an unnecessary trip. So I would add to automated message to call and confirmpickup for those just in case moments. My good comment is that car looks great and was 10x cleaner than when I brought it in. Thank you!!

It took twice as long as I was told to repair it. On the day I was scheduled to pick it up ( which was several days after it was supposed to be finished) I called and found out it would be several more days until it was ready. It would have been nice if somebody was calling me with this information so I could plan for the delay. I was then told my car would be ready on Tuesday and it was still not ready until Wednesday. When Inpicked it up yesterday it had a strong smell of paint fumes on the interior, causing headaches for me as well as my children. I am disappointed in Service King and will be sharing my experience with USAA.
