Your customer service tells people that this place is across from Willowbrook mall and that estimates on non-accident related damages on car will be worked up in an estimate. PLEASE stop doing this. Also, please stop making appointments for people if we are to show up and be told that our advisor will be with us when he's done eating lunch. Then to have my advisor just not contact me as promised to let me know how long the repairs will take and drop the **** on the quotes I asked for and tell me they don't do estimates for other body damage (unless requested, so I requested that then he came back with one amount, then changed it to around $1k more leading me to believe he was b.s.'ing me) and using the excuse that he didn't call me because there was a Liberty Mutual visit - it just started off wrong and actually pissed me off. Don't insult my intelligence - just say that it got a bit busy and you forgot and will call me back with that information instead of trying to b.s. me. That causes me to lose trust in you and the company altogether. I can easily accept someone telling me they got busy and forgot about something - no problem. We opted to have a guy do our body work that has worked very hard to earn our business over the years. His quote for the body work is actually slightly more than what you all quoted us, but we have established a relationship over the years based on good communication, trust and excellent results, as well as the fact that I felt the additional work was an inconvenience for you all since it just wasn't a priority to be estimated or communicated. We have our car and the body work was fine.

You guys made the process a breeze. Irwin and the receptionist who gave me my key at the end—and everyone else I came across at this Willowbrook location greeted me with a smile. I will definitely be looking to Service King again for future repairs. Y’all went above and beyond with giving the inside of my car a good clean, along with a nice car wash even though I only came in for a small fender bender. It made for a nice and memorable surprise!

The due date for my vehicle to be picked up changed the day of.The new paint on my vehicle looked horrible. Their appeared to be new scratches on another area of the vehicle that wasn’t worked on. And was given my car back literally with no gas and got stuck on the side of the road a mile away from the Service King.

The customer service at this location was phenomenal. Every associate that helped me in one way or another made my experience GREAT. I would refer anyone I know to this location if they were involved in an accident, or just need some body work done. This is definitely a 5???? location????
