Excellent customer service from Conrad and Jules. They both went above and beyond what could have been expected from any company. I most definitely will be recommending the company to my friends and family based on my interaction from both of them. I'm hoping not to need your services in the future but should I need to I look forward to it.

Vehicle was ready for delivery Friday 12/15. The following morning after picking up my vehicle, all of the coolant had leaked and had to bring hebvehicle back to your location. Did not have my car back for 24 hours, and already have issues with it.

Chris, our service rep, is a very professional And explained all that will take place during the repair process. He told us the repairs Would be completed by December 22, 2017. But, we were notified before the above date , that our vehicle is ready to be picked up. Surprisingly the vehicle was completed and all repairs done before December 22.

Conrad was able to step in and resolve my issues 100%. I would recommend Service King based on my experience with him during the last 2 times I have used your company. The initial person that was assigned to me was Cynthia. She was not competent, did not communicate with me and I asked to be transferred to Conrad who resolved the issues effectively. Cynthia did not handle the transaction appropriately or honestly.

Very good service. Apparently some wires to some electronic systems were either broken or disconnected during repair. Service King technicians could not fix it. They promptly contacted Mercedes dealer tomget car scheduled in and issued purchase order to pay for services. Other than the small inconvenience of taking car to dealer for repair, excellent customer service solved the problem. I hope I do not need them again, but would definitely use Service King for future needs.

My service rep. CHRIS LYERLA was outstanding. He kept me informed during the process. The repair work was timely and guick. It was an excellent job. I will definitely recommend Service King. On a scale of one to 10. All the process was a 10.

Superb people and a good job. My only disappointment was that apparently some systems (ESC and cruise control) were disconnected to do the body work and warning lights illuminated when I got the car. They were very apologetic and all worked hard to resolve the problem, which was unsuccessful. An appointment was made to Mercedes dealer and a purchase order was issued to cover costs, but now I need to take car to dealer, leave car for repairs, and get a loaner for the day to get vehicle repaired. Again, Service King people very accommodating and worked hard to resolve the issue while I was there, but couldn’t get systems back on line. “Stuff” happens and it will be resolved I am sure.

Thanks in only downside was the extra 3 days on the rental car because of the repair that was not accident related. I am not sure if this will be reimbursed. The repair and the body work was excellent and I would definitely recommend Service King!
