No holes put in the front bumper to be able to mount license plate. Varying info given by different technicians. Otherwise, car looks great!!

MY LAST RESPONSE SENT B4 I WAS DONE!!! I last was writing that on Saturday from 9-12 I wasn't available until 2p that day. I was able to get my husband to exchange the vehicles but he also had to maneuver his plans. The next available day I could have picked up my car would have been Tues & I was afraid of receiving rextra rental fee charges if not picked up by Sat. Picking it up on that Friday after 4p would have been perfect, if only i had gotten the call as discussed. This mishap is so tiny in the grand scheme of things even tho i was bit annoyed because I think your body shop is amazing & i wouldn't want anyone going in there for the first time to experience anything less than I know you guys are. From the quality of work you all do to your customer service. Everytime I have gone there your guys in the front are outstanding. Thank you again for another great job!

Excellent work from first phone call the rental and pickup more than satisfied paint matched perfect couldn't tell it was hit

Easy drop off and ready ahead of schedule. Handled having a rental equivalent to my van ready at time of drop off. Picking up my an was a swap of keys. Work performed was excellent.

Nice job, when we picked the truck up the damaged door was still not closing correctly and Al promptly brought it back inside and fixed it! Great team at APC.
