I have used APC in the past and was always satisfied.
This time however, they kept my car much longer thsn1 I was originally told with no updates.
I lost a great deal of income not having my car for the weekend with graduation events booked.
I also am not happy with new estimate for other damage that was not part of the repair.
The estimate seems quite excessive to me, totally unexpected.
