I just wanted to say that the team you have at Abra autobody at Chatfield and Kipling is a great one! The whole process was a lot easier than I anticipated. You have awesome customer service and all the ladies who helped me (Tina, Krystal, & Jennifer) were very helpful and deserve a raise! I also was impressed with the text updates as well as those from Nationwide. Thank you for making this process easy! I will be referring people to go to you guys whenever they need autobody and glass work! I hope to use you in the future of I ever need help fixing my car from any future accidents. Thank you for your excellent staff and perfect professionalism as a company!

After I got home I noticed that the hood is not properly aligned. It is a bit too far forward on the drivers side and therefore hangs out too far on the front left side.

All of the work that I could see appeared to be well done and exceeded my expectations. The vehicle was also very well detailed. The only thing I noticed was that the left headlight assembly was leaking after the wash.

I've never been more satisfied having work done on my car in the more than 50 years that I've been driving. Your people are the most courteous and most gracious and accommodating that I've ever dealt with. i hope I never need their assistance again but should something occur I shall insist on Abra and your office on West Chatfield.

I was overall disappointed with ABRA and will be coming in soon to see if you can fix a few things on the car. Also, would have appreciated if you had asked me if I minded having a scratched and bent interior panel or if I wanted it replaced (since this was not my fault I would have preferred to have it replaced). Also, it would have been nice if my battery hadn't been dead (because someone left the parking lights on), if my interior lights were working (which they still aren't), and if you had cleaned all the flakes of dry paint out of the back of my car. I hate to complain like this, but I expected better service.
