Abra Auto Body Repair of America - Chatfield

JD went above and beyond to get my car repaired and back to the the car I enjoy and take care of. I tell everyone I know how great Abra is and what a great job you do both in taking care of both the vehicles and the customer. My only complaint was with my car rental experience. My appointment was at 11 and my rental was supposed to be waiting. It took me 2 and a half hours to get back to work. I was picked up and driven to their office on Sante Fa. When I asked about my vehicle they said I can take the car I was given a ride to the office in. It smelled of smoke and the young man said to them, no, it needs cleaned because of the cigarette smell. I was offered a 2 wheel drive pickup or a Nissan Versa, what a choice! I was also pressured into their insurance plan. Not at all a good experience with Enterprise. At the Thornton office I was given a choice of two cars that were waiting for me at the time of my appointment. No pressure, no hassles. That needs to addressed with enterprise! Thanks JD! Great working with you and I appreciate him going out of his way to make things work and keeping my up to date.

I appreciated how quickly and efficiently the work was done. The text updates and phone calls were helpful for me to plan my schedule and know what was going on. I mostly appreciate you being straightforward and non-judgmental about my interlock and being able to work around it. I've been to other places where the employees and management were rude, messed up the interlock by failing to operate it correctly, or flat-out refused to help me with the work I needed done because of that. Thank you!

The people that work there were wonderful at communicating how the work was going on our car and letting us know the time frame on how long it would take . We will definitely keep their contact info and pass it on to others that may ask us for recommendations.
