I will be calling on Monday morning because I realized that my odometer reads over a hundred miles more than what I brought it in with. There is no way anyone needed to drive my car to do the work I brought it in for.

Your computer system generates afterhours notifications that are not always in line with the actual repair status. Adjuster Christian Medina also observed that this has been an issue for a couple of years since this system was installed. For example, I received a text message after business hours telling me that my vehicle was complete and ready for pick up. However, obviously I could not pick up the vehicle after business hours. Christian Medina clarified that the vehicle was not actually considered complete but the system registered it as such. Adjustments to your computer system and the way it notifies customers may be needed in order to not confuse customers and their insurance companies. Other than that, I am entirely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff and the repair work itself.
