Excellent service. The cleaning of the interior of the vehicle was unexpected and a nice surprise.

Everything looks well. The front grill looks like it has excess yellow paint spray. I would like to bring it in at a future date to have it spray painted as suggested by one of the body shop employees. You guys did a great job. The workmanship was excellent. I also appreciate the email updates on the status of the repairs that Steve Lane sent to me. Melissa was very helpful and friendly when I came in to pick up my car. The receipt that I received detailing the work performed was easy to read and interpret. I would definitely recommend Key Collision as a shop for any car body repairs. After the car was brought out to the front of the shop, Courtney went over the receipt with me and explained what was done. He even lifted the hood and showed me the parts that were replaced under the bumper, including the bumper cover. Tell Melissa, Steve, Courtney and the rest of the team that they did a great job in repairing my car as well as the customer service that I received. Keep up the good work and customer service.

The staff was very prompt in responding to my questions. Only discrepancy was completion date was changed from week that vehicle was brought in , then to middle of following week and then back to original scheduled completion date. A little cofusing
