Two weeks to complete a job I was told would take ****. Which wouldn't have been a big deal had someone kept in touch and let me know. Instead I get texts with updates that were inaccurate. Went here on recommendation of my insurance company. Next time I will use my own body shop and forgo the lifetime warranty.

Very dissatisfied. Your customer communications during the weeks-long delay past estimate were awful. Relying on robotexts daily at 4:30 PM on the proposed pickup day advising one more day of delay, day after day for four weeks past original estimate is not sufficient. Never a phone call explaining the delay. You only responded once to my many inbound phone inquiries. Normally not even a callback. Often no one answered the phone at all. When I came up to the store for an explanation, the CSR just whined that the delays weren't his fault. It was all about a blown estimate, missing parts, had to send it over to Honda for diagnosis, etc. etc. All not his fault. Hey, I'm willing to understand that unforseen stuff happens in a job, but I'm your customer and you're the supplier, your guy needs to own whatever goes on in the shop. He finally fell back on claiming it was "an old car." It's a 2014 with 26K miles. A little empathy for the four weeks delay past estimate would have gone a long way. How am I supposed to have any confidence in your technical work when your customer sat performance is so abysmally bad?
