The staff was always very courteous when interacting with me. The timing of the repair was what I found difficult to cope with. I was originally given an estimate of 6 days for the repair. It ended up taking a month. Partially this might be due to parts not shipping during winter storms, but during the third week of the repair I was suddenly given a new completion date.

I can't thank the team at key collision enough for making this less stressful than it would be normally. excellent on customer service and they saved me a pannick attack. I would recommend them to anyone in need.

2 concerns **** is the rear bumper has a plastic piece that does not lay flat and flush on he left side 2 is the rattling from underneath when accelerating was not repaired

Took 2 weeks instead of the estimated 3-4 days, never got a call only text 2 days after it should have been done. Some damage was not repaired and i was told the insurance company rejected some of it and that I would have to fight it out with them. But I had no notice of this until I picked it up. A courteous call would have been nice so I could have resolved this prior to picking my truck up and all repairs could have been completed prior to pickup. Overall I was not satisfied and this was the 3rd repair I brought here in the last couple months. Looks like my future repairs will be somewhere else. The estimator from Key on the last to repairs was definitely the reason I will not be doing business with Key in the future. His customer service skills are definitely lacking.
