The repair took longer than expected, my car was not worked on in a timely manner causing me to oh out of pocket for my rental, there were pieces in my car that were not put back together completely. Though I trust the work was done well, I just expected better.

I was almost completely satisfied with the service provided, my only concern was with the cleaning of the car before returning it to me. It seemed like the repair crew attempted cleaning the car after having it for a few weeks, but it was a cursory cleaning (the center console and the interior doors were clean, but the dashboard and the windshield were still very dirty). In my husbands words, "if they do a half-**** job of cleaning it, it makes you wonder if they did a half-**** job of repairing it." That being said, Dale was the point of contact for our repair, and she was wonderful. I felt confident that if I had any concerns throughout the process, she would take care of it.

The shift gear console light to show what gear I'm in don't work, my front left turn signal doesn't work, the sliding door for drinks don't slide open, also one of the circulations bottoms doesn't work. The car sounds really ruff when on where you couldn't tell it was on even after the accident. No happy right now.
