My car took way longer then I was told it would take, but that is understandable as there were problems with parts. What is not understandable is that you guys broke the shift knob on my car. I don't know how that is even possible, but it is cracked very badly.

Some tech there broke my door. My door was completely fine and worked perfectly. When I picked it up now it was to pop real loud 3 times upon opening and closing the door. Instead of the center taking ownership of the issue the only thing that was offered is I lay for the part which is unfair and it will be installed for free. I have tons of witnesses that can verify my driver side door was in perfect working condition before dropping my car off.

It would have been nice to have updates more often considering my car was there a month. In addition it also would have been nice to come in to a clean, washed car.

JERRY'S CHEVROLET TEAM DID AN EXCELLENT JOB REPAIRING MY CAR. THEY EVEN WASHED THE CAR-A HAPPY SURPRISE! IT REALLY NEEDED IT. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN PROVIDING TWO RENTAL COROLLAS. I WOULD RECOMMEND JERRY'S CHEVROLET FOR TOP SERVICE. THANK YOU. FLORENCE P SALADINO

I was given a very vague estimate of how many days it would take for my repairs to be done. The person handling my claim assured me that it was on the lower end of the range that I was given. Not only was I lied to about that, but they were very hard to work with. Communication was lacking at best. My insurance adjusted the deductible I was to pay well before my car was to be picked up. The morning of pick up, three weeks after the initial estimate, I was still requested to pay a higher deductible than what the insurance had adjusted it to. Dale had blatantly lied to me saying she hadn't heard about this adjustment, however my insurance has specific dates and times that he called and contacted her to leave messages about it. Not all of my parts were in by the time I need my car, so I picked it up before it was finished and I'm still waiting to hear back when the remaining parts will come available. However, my most concerning part of my experience with Dale was when she told me "your suspension is shot." She then asked if I had certain parts replaced anytime recently, which I replied no before checking my records. My car drives exponentially worse than it did before I dropped it off. My steering wheel shakes when I get above 55 mph. My wheel turns towards the left as well. They have listed that the shop completed an alignment, but it is obvious it had not been done or done properly. I am extremely unhappy about the service I received. I only plan to return for my parts that are missing.

The service was amazing The damage appraiser, Dale, was impeccably professional and informative. Communication was seamless and forthright. Dale kept me abreast of the condition of my vehicle, my options and the timetable for the completion of the work with seamless phone,text and email communication. Dominic, also went above and beyond to help me get squared away with my Enterprise rental.

Excellent experience working with Jerry's. The car looks excellent and detailed to perfection. My only suggestion would be to develop an appointment list to attempt to define a repair timeframe for each repair. The employees were very respectful and considerate.

I was promised the parts would be ordered and the car worked a full week before any of this happened. My rep Dale was elusive about returning my calls for updates. I wasted 376 on a car rental while my own car sat at Jerry's untouched. I am unemployed so that unnecessary expenditure really hurt.

The team and the USAA rep. did and amazing job from start to finish. Keeping me informed gave me a piece of mind that thinks were progressing smoothly. Quality of work was beyond my expectations and the team went the extra mile and cleaned my vehicle inside and out. I can not thank them all enough.

Do not call and say that your car should be ready on a certain day and then call back and say it is not ready. Just wait to tell me when it is ready for pick up, but continue to send me updates. I will call if I have any questions regarding the updates.
