I never thought having my car repaired due to an accident would be a great experience but the family at Franks made my experience wonderful. Everyone is friendly and prompt. Very professional staff

My door lock is loose, my pin-stripe is not finished, and the felt next to the driver-side window is sticking up when it should not be showing. And here is the biggest problem of all - when I picked up my car yesterday the guy told me there was a roofing nail in my tire. I honestly do not think it was there when I dropped it off 2 weeks ago. When I left Frank's yesterday, I had to take my car straight to Epperly because the tire was very low and I would not have made it home. They told me the tire couldn't be fixed, it has to be replaced. I do not think I should have to buy a new tire when that nail was not part of the initial inspection. The day I brought my car in, we all (me, the Geico rep and the Franks rep) walked around the car together while the Geico rep. marked everything that was already wrong --there was no nail mentioned at all. As soon as someone saw the nail, they should have called and told me right away. Instead, they waited until I came to pick up my car which was pretty inconsiderate. I am very disappointed and hope that Frank's will make this right.
