You have been excellent to work with. I cannot thank you enough for the kindness Sally has shown me throughout a very trying week for our family dealing with this accident. Sally went out of her way to keep me informed of the progress on the car, helped to set me up with a rental car, delivered our car to our daughter when our car was ready and returned the rental car for us! She has a kind heart and deserves recognition. she is the perfect person to deal with customers. I also spoke to Anders one evening during this process who took the time to explain everything to me in detail even though it was closing time at the shop. I am also extremely pleased that the car was processed in a very timely manner. It was comforting to feel that Bavarian Motors was looking out for me. I plan on communicating my experience with you to USAA. Thank you again.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. My car was finished sooner than estimated and it looked brand new inside and out wen I picked it up! A service.

Everything looked fantastic. There was a little bit of "leftover" residue on the bumper - not sure if it was paint or something else. When I wiped it, it smudged. However, with a dry cloth, I was able to wipe away - with a little effort - whatever it was. Outside of that, you can't tell that the bumper had any damage. Great job!
