I am extremely satisfied with my repair. There wasn't a single issue. The staff was very friendly and my car looks as if it was never damaged. I will definitely be using BMW collision for any future repairs needed. I am 100% satisfied.

Work still not completed to my satisfaction. Keep getting the run around when trying to bring this back in. I've already told Jimmy that I can't be there at 8am. I've been up there once again already on time, on their schedule, but they "just don't have any loaner cars in today." Insurance already paid, but I'm about to take my concerns to StateFarm as well.
When I got the car back, there are a few imperfections and the original scratches were still on the hood. The whole car had not been washed and the tail light was out when they gave me the car back.
I guess I'm just going to have to use Uber or something. I don't know. Seems inconvenient.

Very pleased and the happiest I have ever been. Mrs. GLENDA Is a wonderful, loving and compassionate woman. God truly blessed us when He put her in our lives. I am so grateful to be a part of the BMW family. I never thought it would be possible. This has always been a dream. The people of BMW, has made my dream a reality. I praise God for all of them. The services that I received at BMW were very professional. My first phone call was from the manager Craig letting me know that they had received my car. Jeremy keep me updated with the progress of my car until the finish of the repairs. My car was damaged very bad and I had only had it for a week. When Jeremy finished I couldn't even tell it had been hit. The day I had to pick up my car was after hours for BMW Danny was kind enough to stay and wait for me. I couldn't have asked for better service. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!! Job Well Done!
