First let me say I should have brought my car to BMW in the first place when I met Jimmie from BMW I knew that he was going to do everything in his power to get my car right. Sometimes when you depend on people to do things for you and it's just not working out you'll step in there and do it yourself that's what Jimmy did took care of the problem and got me my car back. All I can say is Jimmy you are the best I will refer anybody and everybody I know to BMW whether they want to buy a new car get their car worked on or whatever. Thank you so very much
