Jeremy, was extremely helpful he would call me with daily updates about the progress of my car, thanks Jeremy for your great customer service. Although, there was a little issue when it came to me paying the remainder balance, but it was worked out and I was pleased. Thank you BMW of Mobile and the ones that restored my vehicle to the original look.

Derrick, oh gosh, I hope I got that right. The service agent was supberb ! He kept me up to date via text message and had my car ready as promised the next day. I was put in a 5 series for the night and that was a lot of fun! I love BMW mad my BMW ... As always , Vicky in service was great, she got me the service vehicle. Thanks for great work!

My level of service was excellent. The appearance of the shop was critical to my final selection of shops and it sure paid off. Jeremy Eck was very professional and I truly felt that our best interests was his #**** concern. I will recommend this collision center to anyone that is unfortunate enough to need one.

Can't recommend you to others. Too few updates, nearly a month on 3-5 day parts. Telling the insurance company it was done on memorial day Friday cost ME $100 in rental car fees because I
had **** hr notice to pick it up or get it Tuesday.
No updates, resisted my efforts, cost me money. Will not recommended you and will go elsewhere.
