This was my first experience with BMW of Annapolis.collisions by nature are an unpleasant event. It was incredibly refreshing for me to discover that the aftermath was anything but unplrasant. Rachel is an ideal choice to lead the team. From that cold and windy February day when she evaluated the damage in the parking lot to the day she painstakingly wiped down my car before handing me the keys, her professionalism and attention to detail never wavered. Not once. I'm already sold on my BMW sales executive, Ben. I just became a huge fan of Rachel and her entire staff. I am once again reminded why I drive from my home in Alexandria VA to BMW of Annapolis for anything associated with my car. Simply outstanding!

From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The receptionist greeted me in a professional and courteous manner; Leslie, the estimator, was friendly and did not pressure me at all after giving me the estimate for the repair. Once I dropped off my car (very convenient using the drop box after hours), I was kept informed by email and phone calls as to the progress of the repair. While there was a delay in the timing of completion, it was because Leslie was unhappy with the color match and had the car sprayed and buffed another time until she was pleased with the final product. I appreciate an organization that takes the same amount of care with my car as I do and I respect honesty and openness when things don't proceed exactly as planned. As an added bonus, the estimate was a bit higher than the actual cost due to the body shop being able to carefully remove and reuse an unaffected part. I will definitely be recommending Criswell Collision Center to others and, while I hope I don't need to use them again anytime soon, I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back to them. Thanks to everyone who made this experience a success.

They did an excellent job on repairing my rear bumper. The text alerts informing me on the progress is also a nice touch. Kevin Fleegle and his team were great and I will recommend them to anyone looking for collision repairs.

I did not appreciate my gas tank registering on Empty when my car was returned. Please ask your technicians to be mindful of this. I left my car with the service department with a little over a half tank. Otherwise, the level of service in regards to my car was fantastic.
