Very good coordination with State Farm and Tesla - otherwise I would not have travelled from DC to Annapolis to have this work done.

When I arrived to retrieve the vehicle, it was clear that part of the repair (installation of an ultrasonic sensor) was done inadequately. It was not flush with the bumper cover that was also repaired. This oversight took an additional hour....which wasn't a big deal for me, but that shouldn't have happened. More frustrating was the fact that that one of my rims now has a curb rash that wasn't present when I brought the car to Criswell. I pointed this out to Bernie, but he was unaware of any incidents. I am sure a tech bumped a curb and didn't admit this mistake to Bernie. This car is a few months old....the rims were perfect when I brought the car in. As a side note, it also appears that someone may have taken the vehicle for a short ride (less than one mile I would say) where they put the pedal to the floor when driving. This is evident from the energy consumption history tha the car records.......... You might be surprised to know that after all of that, I would still bring my Tesla to Criswell for repair, since my experience with Bernie and Stephanie and Kevin was very good. The work done on my vehicle was great and I appreciate the constant text updates. The only thing I would have liked to see was the work completed in a more timely fashion, but I understand sometimes delays happen. I would certainly still bring my vehicle back if it ever needed work done in the future.
