Your employees are crocks especially your manager frank and David kamish, I was taking my infinity to their “trusted” shop ONLY for an estimate on a repair, to only be told days later that I wouldn’t be able to get my car back unless I had a thousand dollars. That’s not even counting 200 dollar fee for moving the car to a farther location without my persmisson. Very disappointed to see that from such “prestige” shop. Will make sure to not come and tell all my friends to stay away from here

It's never enjoyable to have to deal with body damage to your car. But Richard's of Niles made the project as smooth as possible, and the results were great. Beautiful finish work, car looks new. I had to come back to resubmit a second claim because someone was dropping the ****.
****-The black plastic piece on the hood got damaged but did not replace,
2-The drivers rear door was scratched should have been taken cared of
3- The trunk lid was also scratches.
4- The body shop should have been on my side and got me involved when discussed the damaged with the insurance adjuster so we can all agree on the fixing issues instead of blaming someone and I have to come back
