Unfortunately I have had two collisions with a vehicle I lease from Riley. I have driven over 300 miles both times to have the collision center repair the damage and they have had the best customer service imaginable. Thank you!

Everyone was super nice and very professional. Even arranged a rental car for me. My truck looks great! The man at the front desk in the Collision section was really helpful. After the damage had been fixed he helped me further by touching up tiny spots and then touched them up again when I came back yet again! He was fantastic and kept smiling even though I must have been a pain.

I think the repair on the car was fine, but there was no gas in the car and if I had not been with my daughter she would not have been able to drive it home.

It would be wrong of me to make any further statements until giving you and your staff a chance to make things right. OK, I will make one more statement. The left side (passengers side) looks like crap. Nothing lines up like it should. The grill does not stay in place properly. I popped the hood and after the estimator assured me the radiator was not damaged, it appears to be leaking. I think you should return USAA their money and return my money and let someone who can see fix my truck. If you allow that level of incompetence to be produced, and then pass it off to me, like I am blind, stupid, or a sucker makes me very angry. Fix it right. I am not blind. I would be embarassed if I was running the show there. It is an old truck, but it is my truck. How should I feel?

I have had a great experience with Riley! They shuttled me to/from work, they kept me updated on my repairs, and also cleaned the inside of my car! The staff were very friendly, too! I would have liked a follow up call after my initial estimate visit, but overall it was a great experience!
