Everything about this experience was the best it could have possibly been. From the minute i walked in, the staff was amazing. They made one of the most stressful and upsetting experiences so easy and worry-free. I hope to never have to get repairs to my vehicle again, but if i do, i will certainly go back to collison works, and i will definitely encourage my friends and family to do the same.

I really appreciated getting my car back all nice and clean! The back seat cup holder was flipped up so that was the only part not cleaned but that will be easy for me to do myself. Everyone I talked to who worked here was super friendly!

Was very happy with the work done. Heather was helping me with getting every worked out and taken care of. She was extremely helpful and made sure there was good communication / progress updates along the way. All the work was done extremely well and completed in the timely fashion that Heather estimated for me in the beginning. Very satisfied and will be back, next time I need any work done.

The staff was informative, courteous, and kept me up to speed every step of the way. The hours they are open worked out quite well for me picking up and dropping off, and had the rental car waiting for me at 7 am on a Monday morning, which was very helpful as I live and work in another town, and did not have to miss any work! My car looks as perfect as it did before my accident, and they even detailed it, which is very aprreciated! I will be recommending Collision Works to everyone! Thank you for making this process so easy, and getting me back in my SUV as quickly as you did!
