From start to finish they listened to my concerns and kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. When I first got the car back it didn’t feel right. I called collision works back and they immediately addressed my concern and found another issue with the car. They then ordered another rental and fixed the problem quickly and this time gmfor good. I will always recommend them.

First Brad kept me informed about the parts that were ordered when they came in and kept me up to date by texting me on Tuesday as well as Thursday always was sweet and very caring about me and wanting everything back the way it was, Brad knew that this was a new car and this year I have been hit three times in three different vehicles well. two that was new. I loved the front office people. They were thorough beyond expectations. I liked the text updates on the repair. The repair was done in such a detailed way that no one can tell it was ever damaged. When I picked up my car the inside was even detailed! We are very pleased and will be return customers.
