My experience with Collision Works was flawless! They were professional in every way, fulfilled all of their promises on quality and timelines, and kept me in the loop during my service. I picked up my 2021 Toyota 4-Runner and everything was repaired perfectly and my vehicle had been detailed inside and out. I recommend them highly!

When I picked up the car after repairs, I noticed two adjacent body panels were no flush. I immediately brought that to Cody's attention, but unfortunately the technician was gone for the day and although it was taken care of while I waited, I had to bring it back a different day to address that issue. It would have been great if I hadn't had to do return to the shop.
